Speaker Cleaning ("we", "us" or "our") is owned and operated by Jordan Hereth, who runs this website and its free online tools, including the Phone Speaker Cleaner, Water Eject, Speaker Test, Speaker Cleaner Frequency and our other device tools. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using our website or tools, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information We Collect

We try to collect as little information as possible. Most of our tools work without you sharing any personal details at all.

Information you give us

When you send us a message through our contact form or by email, we receive the details you choose to share:

• The page address the form was sent from, which helps us understand your question.

Information collected automatically

Like almost every website, our hosting server and WordPress may automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as:

Our cleaning tools are built to run entirely in your browser. When you press Start:

• We do not record audio. The tools only play sound through your speaker. They do not ask for, or use, your microphone.
• We do not access your files, photos or contacts.
• We do not require an account, a sign-up or any payment details.
• The vibrate feature uses your browser's built-in vibration function on supported phones. No data is sent to us when it runs.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above only for the following purposes:

• To reply to your messages, questions, bug reports and suggestions.
• To keep the website secure, prevent spam and protect against abuse.
• To understand how the site is used, so we can fix problems and improve our tools and guides.
• To meet any legal obligations that apply to us.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

How Long We Keep Your Data

• Contact messages are kept in our email inbox only as long as needed to answer your question and handle any follow-up, and are then deleted.
• Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited time for security and troubleshooting, and are then removed automatically.
• Anti-spam data (your IP address during a form submission) is automatically removed after about one minute.

You can ask us to delete your messages at any time by contacting us.

How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including a secure HTTPS connection, keeping WordPress and its components up to date, cleaning all form data before it is processed, and limiting who can access our inbox and site dashboard.

No method of sending or storing data online is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever discover a breach that affects your personal data, we will act quickly and let you know where the law requires it.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it in these limited cases:
